We know your favourite fashion accessory isn’t actually an accessory at all… it’s actually quite a necessity. For that reason, at our optometry practice, we have an extensive selection of eyewear including the latest styles, functional options and prices in sunglasses and prescription glasses.
Complimentary Lifetime Servicing
Leongatha Optometrists provides complimentary lifetime servicing of your glasses. We recommend having your glasses serviced every 12 months to ensure that they are functioning at their very best. This might involve new nose pads, screws tightened or a clean with our ultrasonic cleaner – all complimentary!
We also recommend to have a warranty check of your glasses just before warranty expiration which for lenses and sunglasses is usually 12 months of age and optical frames usually 24 months of age. That is how we ensure that you get the longest life out of your glasses and maximise your investment.
Our complimentary after sale service allows our Optical Dispensers to:
Adjust frames that are out of shape- Tighten frames that slip down your nose
- Replace lost nose pads
- Replace old nose pads
- Tighten screws that have become loose
- Replace screws that have fallen out
- Find a replacement temple for a broken frame
- Order replacement parts under warranty for faulty frames that are under 2 years old (purchased from our practice only)
- Replace old spectacle cases
- And many more complimentary services.
